SEV1

Keep the help desk alive by day. Send your night shift into the Cloud.

A goofy office RPG and turn-based tactics game about a support team in way over its head.

Coming to Steam. No release date yet.

Dayshift

Run Support at Lucidity Systems

You're the new Manager of a support team at a big software company. Hand out the day's cases, keep your people busy, fix the coffee machine and steer around Chad from Sales.

The building is huge, your coworkers have lives of their own, and there's always something going on between tickets.

The Support office: engineers at their desks and the Manager's work phone open on the day's cases.

Sev 1

Every big outage is a pinball machine

When something really breaks, the alarm goes off, everyone runs to their desk and the outage call turns into a pinball table. Your engineers are on the call with you.

Fix it before time runs out. Otherwise Engineering fixes it for you, and nobody's thanking Support today.

An outage call: the team's video tiles on the left, a castle pinball table with a taunting dragon in the middle and the machine's backglass on the right.

Nightshift

The Cloud is a real place

After hours, the night crew slips through a crack in the server room and into the Cloud: a whole world where software becomes forests, rivers, villages and some very bad bugs.

Explore it, meet the people who live there and fight turn-based battles. Just get home before Dayshift clocks in.

A turn-based fight inside the Cloud: Eli's shot lands on a bug across an overgrown office while Maya and Nico hold their ground.

Both shifts

Two shifts, one team

What the night crew finds helps the day team close real cases. What the day team earns pays for the night crew's gear.

Each shift ends up waiting on the other, so keep them both going.

Lamplatch, a village in the Cloud: the crew beside the Upwell, a glowing spout of water, with homes and market stalls around it.

Between tickets

Plenty to do on your break

  • Arcade cabinets in the lobby: fishing, bowling, forklift puzzles and PAPER JAM
  • Surprise foam-blaster wars against other departments
  • Cooking in the kitchen and a weekly rooftop cook-off
  • A claw machine, a foosball club and a secret forklift racing league
  • A whole building to open up, one floor at a time
PAPER JAM, a side-scrolling arcade shooter: the player's ribbon beam hits a boss machine.
An office foam war: a TAGGED OUT! banner as Support tags a Sales player in the Recreation room.
The fishing cabinet celebrating a new catch.
